Please read these terms carefully before downloading, registering, or participating in skill card games on Teen Patti Online.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading the Teen Patti Online application or accessing our digital portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Indian statutory requirements. If you do not accept these terms in full, please uninstall the application immediately.
2. Player Eligibility (18+ Only)
Participation on Teen Patti Online is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
- Must be a citizen and resident of India aged 18 years or older on the date of registration.
- Possess a valid Indian mobile number and bank account or UPI VPA registered under their own legal name.
- Are NOT residing in or accessing the platform from prohibited jurisdictions.
3. Skill Gaming Classification & Judicial Precedent
All card games hosted on Teen Patti Online—including 3-card Teen Patti variations, Points Rummy, and Andar Bahar—are classified as games of skill under Indian law. The Supreme Court of India in State of Andhra Pradesh v. K. Satyanarayana (1968) explicitly determined that games predominantly governed by skill, strategy, and judgment are constitutionally protected under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India.
4. Restricted Indian Jurisdictions
Under specific state statutes, individuals located or residing in the following states are strictly prohibited from participating in real-money game formats:
- Andhra Pradesh (AP Gaming Act amendments)
- Telangana (Telangana Gaming Act amendments)
- Assam (Assam Gaming Act)
- Odisha (Orissa Prevention of Gambling Act)
- Nagaland, Sikkim, and Meghalaya
Geo-location detection and device IP monitoring are actively enforced to block unauthorized access from these regions.
5. Wallet, Cashouts, & Statutory TDS (Section 194BA)
Player balances and withdrawals are managed under rigorous financial controls:
- Minimum Cashout: ₹100 via direct UPI or IMPS bank transfer.
- Processing Timeline: Automated transfers are completed within 3 to 15 minutes subject to inter-bank clearing.
- Tax Deduction at Source (TDS): In strict accordance with Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, a mandatory 30% TDS is deducted on net winnings at the time of cashout. Annual Form 16A certificates are provided upon request.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play
The following activities result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal referral:
- Operating multiple accounts or creating accounts with falsified KYC information.
- Collusion, chip-dumping, or table coordination between players.
- Employing unauthorized third-party software, emulators, bots, or automated scripting engines.
